Please Note: To be able to identify the date of manufacture of the Somfy blind motor you will need to first remove the motor from the blind tube that it is housed in. We recommend that you disconnect the power by unplugging the inline connection to the motor or if the blind is hardwired directly to the power that you engage a qualified electrician to disconnect the power to the blind motor. Only then will you will be able to take down the blind to remove the tubular motor inside.
